National and within the EU - Shipping costs: 0,- EUR

In most cases we ship with DHL on the day the payment is received.

In the case of payment in advance, the period for delivery shall commence on the day following the issue of the payment order to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day following the conclusion of the contract and shall end on expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

Worldwide - Shipping costs: 20,- EUR

In most cases we ship with DHL on the day of receipt. The shipping time depends on the destination country and can be up to several weeks.

 

DHL EXPRESS SHIPPING

Information for national- and EU express shpping

With DHL Express you will receive your package for deliveries within the EU within one working day for a fee of 8.99€ for national and 25.00€ for EU shipping.

 

When does my package arrive?

By express we deliver from Monday to Saturday (until 21 o'clock at the latest). On holidays no delivery is possible.

You would like to receive the package on the next working day?

Then order from Monday to Friday before 14 o'clock.

With DHL Express Worldwide you will receive your package with the fastest possible shipping option for a flat fee of 40,- €.

The shipping costs for the countries USA and South Korea are 60,- €.

How long does the delivery take?

Depending on the delivery zone, the delivery time is between 1-5 days. For dutiable deliveries, this delivery time may differ..

RETURN:

 

You can return your items within 14 days of receiving your order. The items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. The refund will usually be made within 10 working days after delivery of your return.

Within Germany your return is free of charge. For orders outside of Germany the customer bears the costs of the return.

PayPal Plus 

As part of the PayPal Plus payment service, we offer you various payment methods as PayPal services. After placing the order you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. There you can enter your payment details and confirm the payment order to PayPal. Thus the contract with us comes off.

Choose "paypal" as your payment method, then you can simply enter your credit card details WITHOUT SIGNING IN PAYPAL. Your payment is immediately booked with us and we can ship the order quickly.

Payment by direct debit*VIA PAYPAL, BUT ALSO WITHOUT PAYPAL ACCOUNT*:

Exclusively for customers from Germany, the PayPal Plus program offers the option of direct debit payment as a direct selection below the PayPay payment method. Possible credit checks are carried out by PayPal and the payment processing would then also be possible without PayPay account.

For a direct debit payment, you grant PayPal a direct debit authorization to collect the amount from your PayPal bank account. The following happens in the background:

Your bank receives the payment order to pay the amount to PayPal.

PayPal in turn receives the payment order to pay the corresponding e-money amount to the payee.

PayPal uses the SEPA Direct Debit Mandate in Germany. SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) is an initiative of the European Commission and the European banks to make payments in the euro area more efficient. If you deposit a bank account on PayPal or if you use a new bank account for the first time as a source of payment, you grant PayPal a SEPA Direct Debit Mandate. In your PayPal account profile, you can access this mandate and the mandate reference number (MRN) at any time and cancel the mandate for future transactions.

If you then use Direct Debit with PayPal as your payment source, you authorize PayPal to use this SEPA Direct Debit Mandate, collect the Direct Debit payment from your bank account and instruct your bank to redeem this Direct Debit. You can revoke such a debit memo up to 8 weeks after the debit date. PayPal will inform you together with the payment confirmation about the amount of the direct debit and the time frame in which the direct debit will be collected.

In the event of a Return Debit that you have not personally initiated, you authorize PayPal to reauthorize PayPal to make a Direct Debit at a later time unless you have already otherwise cleared the outstanding amount. Prior to resubmission of the direct debit, PayPal will not again separately refer to the amount and timeframe.

In the event of a failed Direct Debit, you authorize PayPal to debit your credit card or other bank account deposited with PayPal with the amount of the payment plus the fees for failed Direct Debits as set forth in the Fee Schedule, or to attempt again to debit the amount of the payment and the fee from your bank account by direct debit unless you have already otherwise cleared the outstanding amount. PayPal will inform you during the payment process which payment source we use.

A direct debit payment may be subject to a routine security check. If PayPal's internal review indicates that there are risks associated with the direct debit process, or there is reason to believe that there is an increased risk associated with this payment, the following may happen:

PayPal may not immediately complete the payment on the payee's side and will perform a payment check. If it turns out that there is a problem with the payment, the payment is reversed and returned from the seller's reserve account to the buyer's PayPal account.

Or, as long as PayPal's risk models increase the risk that a payment is rejected or reversed by your bank, PayPal must assume that the corresponding amount is not yet available to finance the e-money payment. In this case, PayPal is entitled not to execute your payment order.

PayPal uses the following key parameters for internal risk evaluation in connection with the direct debit process:

- The risk that your bank account may not have sufficient funds or a withdrawal limit,

- Risk that the payment was not correctly authorised by the account holder of the bank account.

- Risk that the account data of the bank account is incorrect and that the transaction is executed incorrectly.

Payment Purchase on account*VIA PAYPAL, BUT ALSO WITHOUT PAYPAL ACCOUNT*:

If the buyer has chosen the payment method purchase on invoice, he does not have to be registered with PayPal to be able to pay the invoice amount. After a successful address and credit check and submission of the order, the seller assigns his claim to PayPal. In this case, the buyer can only pay to PayPal with debt discharging effect. If you already have an account with PayPal, you can pay here, as usual, with credit, debit or already deposited credit cards (without extra input of data) via PayPal simple, fast and secure. Your payment is immediately booked with us and we can ship the order quickly.

 

Prepayment/Bank transfer:

After completing your order you will receive our account data (additionally by e-mail). You must transfer the total amount to the specified account on your own. We ship the order after receipt of payment. Due to the fact that we offer rare designer pieces with high demand and want to treat all our customers fairly, we can only reserve prepaid items for a limited time and you will receive a payment reminder after 3 business days. If no payment has been made after a further 3 working days, we must cancel the order and release the goods for sale again.

Alternatively we recommend payment with credit card, Sofort - bank transfer or PayPal (see above).
